GWonMac 2026.11.0

The Beta is now Stable. Everything we tested in the Betas since September is in this release, and Stable and Beta players are on one version again. It also brings Tools back on the current Guild Wars client: the Guild Wars update of November 3 had switched them off.

Your accounts, login, builds, templates, and settings come with you. Shortcuts you changed yourself stay as they are.

Launcher

• All your accounts in one place: Choose Play for one account, or select several and open them together. Accounts → Add account adds another account with its own game window and login. Your existing account is now Main account, with everything unchanged.
• Home: Guild Wars updates, GWonMac news, and events, plus today's Zaishen, Shining Blade, Vanguard, and Nicholas Sandford rotations.
• Help: A built-in Guide, the known issues in ArenaNet's client with what you can do about them, and a way to send us a message.

In the game

• Hub: Press ⌘ R in a game window to search characters, accounts, and settings in one place. With Tools on, it also finds travel destinations, builds, people, and maps.
• Character Switch: Press ⌘ E to change character from an outpost or the character screen.

Tools

Every Tool is optional. Turn them on in Tools, one at a time to get a feel for each. The first time you turn Tools on, restart GWonMac once.

• Maps: The Maps tool shows what you haven't explored yet, walkable terrain, and guidance to the areas that are left, right on the game's maps. Pre-Searing too. Compass rings show Shout, Cast, Spirit, and Extended Spirit range.
• Elite skill planner: Find where to capture each elite on the World Map and Mission Map, and save a plan for each character.
• Travel: ⌘ T now also takes you to online friends and your Guild Hall.
• Whispers: ⌘ D opens private chats next to the game chat, with unread badges and friend status.
• Build Library: ⌘ B searches all your builds, compares them, and applies them to heroes. Template files in the Build Library imports and exports Windows .txt templates.
• Small helpers: Quick Item Move (Control-click a stack, add Shift to choose the amount), Effect Timers, an Alcohol Timer, Reminders, Chat Filters, Call target (⌘ G), and a Resign confirmation.
• Texture packs: Import TexMod .tpf packs in Texture packs.

What works differently now

• ⌘ R opens the Hub. To reload a game window, press ⌘ Q and choose Reload Guild Wars.
• Xunlai Storage moved from ⇧ ⌘ C to ⌘ S.
• Settings is one page with sections for Tools, Maps, Appearance, Game, Texture packs, Game files, Updates, Home screen, and Advanced. Open it with ⌘ , or the gear in the launcher.

For Beta players

Nothing to do. There is no separate Beta right now, so the Beta channel gets this same version.

Notes

• GWonMac updates itself. To update right away, choose Guild Wars Reforged → Check for Updates… in the menu bar.
